Privacy
Chromary keeps very little about you, and sells none of it. This is what we keep, why, and who helps us. Questions or requests: hello@chromary.app.
01No accounts, no tracking
You do not need an account. We run no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
02What stays in your browser
Logos and photos you add in Build, the kits on your shelf and a few settings are kept in your own browser, not sent to us. Clearing your browser's data removes them.
03What you send us
Saved kits. When you save a kit, its colors, fonts, words and layout are stored so its short link works. Anyone with the link can open it.
Claims. When you claim a color we keep the brand, the color's name, the site, your email, the plan, and your IP address and browser, to run the claim and prevent fraud. The brand's name and link appear publicly on the color; your email never does.
Offers and email. If you make an offer or write to us, we keep what you send so we can answer it.
04Payments
Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us; we see the payment, its amount and the email it came from.
05Who helps us
Vercel hosts the site and stores what is described above. Stripe takes payments. Postmark sends our email. Fonts load from Google Fonts and photos from Unsplash, which means those services see your IP address when your browser fetches them. Each handles data under its own privacy policy, linked from its name.
06How long we keep it
Claim records are kept while the claim is live and for as long as tax and payment rules require after it ends. Saved kits are kept so their links keep working; write to us to have one removed. Offers and email are kept while they are useful, then deleted.
07Your choices
Ask us at hello@chromary.app for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will answer within 30 days. Chromary is run by RIOT LLC, which holds this data. Chromary is not meant for children under 13.
08Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above, and email claim holders before the change takes effect.
