The verified mark
Confirm an email at your site's domain and it sits beside your color on its page, in the dictionary, in search and on every chip that shows it.
Your name on it
Named color or new, it carries your brand's name, and that is the name people look it up by.
A number for good
A CH number that never changes. A new color gets its own the day it is approved.
A link home
Your site, on the color's page, every time someone looks it up.
Found by name
Search your brand's name on Chromary and land on your color, first.
Nobody else

Questions.
Do I own the color?
Nobody owns a color. You hold its entry on Chromary: the name, the page, the number, the verified mark and the link. While you hold it, nobody else can.
Named color or new color?
A named color is already in the dictionary, with a page people already find: $40 a month. A new color is your exact hex, added as a new entry under your name: $24 a month.
When am I charged?
At checkout, then every month or year. Your color goes live with your name and your link the moment you pay.
How do I get the verified mark?
Confirm an email address at the domain your color links to, like you@yourbrand.com for yourbrand.com. We send the link the moment you check out, and the mark comes on when you open it.
Can you take a color down?
We take down names and links that break our rules, like hate, impersonation or scams, and refund what is left of the plan.
Monthly, yearly or forever?
Any of the three. Yearly is two months free: $400 instead of $480 for a named color, $240 instead of $288 for a new one. Forever is paid once, $2,000 for a named color or $1,200 for a new one.
What is Forever?
One payment, and the color's entry is yours for as long as Chromary runs, with an address of its own, like riot-red.chromary.app. It is for the brand itself: checkout needs an email at your site's domain. It can change hands only through Chromary.
Can I sell my color?
A Forever color, yes. Anyone can make an offer on an official color's page. Offers come to us; we pass them to you, and if you say yes we handle the payment and the handover for a 15 percent commission.
What if someone holds my brand's color?
A brand with a registered trademark in its color can take the entry back from anyone holding it in bad faith, for what they paid. Write to hello@chromary.app with the registration.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Write to hello@chromary.app from the address you claimed with. It stays yours to the end of the month or year you paid for.
What happens when it ends?
The verified mark and the link come off, and the color is open to claim again.
Something else?
Write to hello@chromary.app. A person reads every message.
